This deck is ledgered between the house and detached garage and, in addition to providing an easy-access BBQ space, also provides easy level access from the house to the garage man-door. Built on Goliathtech helical piles and tapcon concrete anchors it uses ground contact pressure-treated lumber to ensure many years of serviceable access.
