Rock-Solid & Ready: A Durable Concrete Pad Built to Last
This concrete pad was designed and built for outdoor storage and garbage bin placement, ensuring a durable and long-lasting foundation. Constructed with a thick concrete slab reinforced with rebar, it provides superior strength and resistance to heavy loads. The base layer consists of solid, well-compacted base rock, enhancing stability and preventing shifting over time. Expansion board was incorporated along the edges to accommodate temperature changes and prevent cracking. Additionally, a surrounding rock field was added to improve drainage, helping to manage water runoff effectively during rain. The surface features a broom finish, adding traction for improved safety and usability in various weather conditions.
