For this manufactured home project, we took the lead as Project Managers, coordinating the essential electrical, septic, and plumbing work to ensure a seamless installation. Our team didn't just set the foundation; we managed the entire infrastructure, from initial ground prep and ground cover to digging trenches, running electrical conduit, and handling all the backfilling.

Foundations & Structural Innovation

Because this home is situated on a steep slope, a standard foundation wouldn't cut it. We utilized our core expertise to install a high-capacity helical pile foundation with integrated cross-bracing for rock-solid stability.

The highlight of this build is a massive, 40-foot-long custom deck. More than just an outdoor space, this structure was engineered to function as a bridge to the front door, spanning the grade of the slope to provide safe, level access to the home.
