Why should helical piles?
Answer:

When used as a pier, helical piles are much stronger than typical concrete foundation, and will often have a longer lifespan. GoliathTech piles are manufactured using technology and processes that result in a strong and consistent product that is proven to perform.

Helical piles are also much faster to install compared to concrete and always are installed below the frost line.

Why is galvanizing important?
Answer:

Galvanized piles are suitable for all types of soil including soils that are considered corrosive to steel. While black steel piles can be used for many projects, they usually must be increased in size to accommodate for corrosion over time. In some cases black steel piles may even be unsafe to install if corrosion is not properly accounted for. This can end up costing more than the correctly sized galvanized pile.

Galvanized piles will not rust and will retain their appearance for the lifetime of the product. GoliathTech's galvanized piles also have a 30 year guarantee and included spray foam insulation to further resist the effects of frost.

Although composite decking has a higher up front cost, it will significantly reduce the costs of maintenance associated with traditional pressure treated decking. Composite decking will not stain, fade, crack, or split - unlike pressure treated lumber.
